Nevada Donor Network announced that its technological partnerships were successfully leveraged in the transportation and eventual transplantation of a human kidney using MediGO’s next-generation hardware and software platform. The organ was carried by a commercial flight and courier drivers over 300 miles from Las Vegas to Loma Linda, California where doctors at Loma Linda University Medical Center successfully transplanted the kidney.

Nevada Donor Network, MediGO’s strategic innovation partner and an Organ Procurement Organization (OPO), pioneered this effort and is the first MediGO customer in the OPO network to utilize MediGO’s dynamic logistics and communications platform.
